Electronics and Communication Engineering

The Department of ECE established in the year 2002 with an under graduate program and by 2009 the department started post graduate program M.Tech in VLSI and Embedded systems with an intake of 12.

The department has always been interested not only in updating the curriculum, but also in enhancing the laboratory facilities to cope up with the new developments in the technologies. The department offers hands on training to the students to meet the requirement of the industry in well-equipped and hi-tech laboratories with state of art instruments and equipment under the guidance of highly qualified, experienced and dedicated faculties.

To develop professionally competent Electronics and Communication engineering graduates with commitment to society, ethical approach, research aptitude and entrepreneurship skill to meet the needs of the industry.

MISSION

To impart relevant knowledge and technical skills to the Electronics Engineering students.
To establish a unique learning platform for analyzing and synthesizing the emerging technologies in the field of Electronics and Communication Engineering to offer solutions to the needs of the society.
To promote research and lifelong learning among students and to enhance their creative thinking and entrepreneurship skills.
To equip students to be engineers with professional ethics and social commitment.
