The Department of Mathematics established along with the institute in 2002 . The department is handling classes in Mathematics related courses for B.Tech  programs. A high standard is maintained in the department when it comes to developing young minds. The availability of the faculty members to the students even out class hours are emphasized .Highly efficient and experienced faculties are the strength of this department. Presently the department consists of 5 teaching staff, among them two are pursuing PhD. The department encourages the faculty to attend seminars, workshops and conferences.
