Nirmithi Kendra, an organization for the practice and propagation of Cost Effective and Environment Friendly construction techniques, which enables the department:

• To act as a seminal agency to generate innovative ideas in the construction sector.
• To interact with the Research Institutions, Govt., Semi Govt. and NGOs.
• To ensure field level application of Research in housing sector.

3. K. Lekshmanan & Co, Kollam

Lekshmanan & Co is a leading company in Kollam supplying Ready Mix Concrete. They have a fully equipped laboratory with latest testing equipment’s to carry out routine and detailed tests on raw materials as well as finished products.
