This cell works in liaison with the Training and Placement Cell. It imparts training to the students in order to help them perform creditably in competitive examinations, interviews and group discussion.The cell also conducts entrepreneurship awareness campus and supervisory development programmes for the benefits of the students.
TKM Institute of Technology, the latest and the seventh venture of the TKM Trust was established in the year 2002 with a view to impart quality education to the growing young and aspiring minds who have embraced technical education as the path to excellence. Ever since its inception, the College has grown by leaps and bounds. Over the last one year the Institute has added more than thirty thousand square feet of teaching space to its credit. Caressed and nurtured by the esteemed TKM College Trust which has more than 50 years of experience in imparting technical education, the future of TKM IT looks ever more bright. |

The Central Library as knowledge centre is one of the most important academic facilities provided to the students, faculty and non-teaching staff of TKM IT. Within a short span of six years, the library has shown dynamic growth by becoming state-of-the-art library in the field of engineering education.The library is housed on a two-storied building, which is spread over 10,000sq.ft.The library includes a good number of books in the field of engineering and allied subjects and it also has an impressive collection of leading national and international periodicals including the IEEE publications.The centre aims to facilitate acquisition and dissemination of information and knowledge in all areas of engineering education among the academic community.  |
